I needed this.

A weekend of using fire and only fire to cook, to heat water in the frost of the morning, to make coffee. It’s easy to forget what life feels like sans trams and cars whirling past me every day, even though more than half of my life has been spent living by a beach or somewhere surrounded by the quietness of nature. Living in the city makes living in alignment with nature feel like a treat, when it should be the other way around.
